These services allow customers instant access to their permits. Some services are
open to the public, others require registration.
Payments are no longer being processed through "Online Services." If you wish to make a permit or renewal payment by credit card, please call the Department of Community Development at (360) 378-2116 for payment processing. Please have your parcel number or permit number available when you call in to make your payment.
By clicking on the Permits and Inspections button to the left, you are
acknowledging RCW 42.56.070 prohibits the release of lists of individuals
requested for commercial purposes, and the requestor expressly represents that
no use of any such list will be made by the user or its transferee(s) or vendee(s).
"Commercial purposes" means contacting or in some way personally affecting the
individuals identified on the list with the purpose of facilitating one's commercial
activities.
